Artist Statement

Sands of Time - Winds of Change expresses the mystery of water's strength and subtlety. The series represents water's primal energy as recorded in grains of sand. Each image's title illustrates a primary tenant of the Taoist cosmology. Wuji (nothingness or a single point), through the action of Taiji (awareness), divided and became Yin and Yang (polarity). Yin and Yang further divided into the Bagua (eight trigrams), which continued to divide, ultimately becoming the ten thousand things of all existence.

PRINTS: All prints are signed by the artist and shipped with a certificate of authenticity. Prints are made using an Epson printer with genuine Epson Ultrachrome archival inks on semi-gloss photographic paper.

MATTING: All mats are white & acid-free. Prints are mounted with archival linen-tape on acid-free foam core. Other options available by special request.

FRAMING: Frames are anodized sectional aluminum frames. Colors vary to match color characteristics of each individual print. Custom framing available by request.
